Calendar below shows availability of the units and rates for dates if they are available.
In addition to the daily rate, a cleaning fee ($180 for 1 BR, $200 for 2 BR) will be added for all stays along with 13% occupancy tax. A weekly stay will receive a 10% discount and a monthly stay (4 weeks) will receive a 20% discount.
A 10% deposit is required upon booking. 30% is due 3 months before check-in and the balance is due 2 months before check-in. Reservations may be canceled, and fees refunded until 30 days before check-in.
